After all the candidate's information is known and verified, along with the specifications of the employer's vacant position, the CVs are sent to the employer as recommendations for the vacant role. Based on the submitted CVs, the employer selects the proposed candidate and schedules an interview with them.
After the final decision regarding the candidate, they are to start work at the new job.
